3. Service Engagements

Specific project terms — including scope, timelines, deliverables, payment schedules and ownership of work — will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement between LEMON TV and the client. Website enquiries do not constitute a binding contract until both parties agree in writing.

4. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations provided based on enquiry forms or discussions are estimates subject to change once requirements are fully scoped. Taxes, third-party costs (ads spend, stock assets, app store fees, etc.) may be additional unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LEMON TV retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies. Final client deliverables transfer according to the project agreement after full payment. The LEMON TV name, logo and brand assets remain our property.

6. Portfolio Use

Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEMON TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services, except as expressly agreed in a signed project contract.

8. Third-Party Services

Campaigns, hosting, advertising platforms and app stores are governed by their own terms. Performance of third-party platforms is outside our direct control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in a project contract.
